The Rotary Club of Hilo Bay’s 14th annual Oktoberfest will be held from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Friday at Aunty Sally’s Luau Hale.

The Rotary Club of Hilo Bay’s 14th annual Oktoberfest will be held from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Friday at Aunty Sally’s Luau Hale.

Oktoberfest, a signature fundraiser for RCHB, helps the club finance community service projects.

Oktoberfest was launched by RCHB founder Pete Muller and features German recipes of his wife Roberta.

The event will feature a silent auction, music and more.

Tickets are on sale from RCHB members for $40, or by emailing fred.yamashiro@gmail.com.

Rotary Club of Hilo Bay has more than 50 members who participate in community service projects and financially support local scholarships, and local, statewide and international service.
