Salvador “Salva” Mauna Libarios Jr., 56, of Kealakekua, died Sept. 24 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Kealakekua, he worked at Hawaiian Airlines, Kona Village, Yamaguchi Bus Company, Alu Like, and the Salvation Army, was a youth counselor, a former baseball and football coach for Konawaena High School, a member of KHK and Da Braddahs Softball Club, and St. Paul’s Catholic Church and St. Michael’s Catholic Church.
