The public is invited to a full day of Bible education on Sunday, Nov. 3, at the “God’s Word Exerts Power Special Assembly” at Edith Kanaka’ole Multipurpose Stadium in Hilo. Doors open at 8 a.m. The theme is taken from Hebrews 4:12, which says; “For the word of God is alive and exerts power and is sharper than any two-edged sword and pierces even to the dividing of soul and spirit, and of joints from the marrow; and is able to discern thoughts and intentions of the heart.”

Morning talks will include “The Voice Of Jehovah Is Powerful.” A segment on “Reject The Deceptive Power Of Satan’s World” will begin at 11:05 a.m. A special talk for the youth — “Young People, Do You Trust In The Power Of God?” — will begin at 2:15 p.m. The concluding talk at 2:55 p.m. will be “Let The Power Of God’s Word Keep Transforming You.”
Highlights of the day’s program will be a talk by Allen Shuster, a guest speaker from the Education Center of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Patterson, N.Y.
All English Congregations on Hawaii Island will be present and over 2,000 persons are expected to attend. The same program will be presented Saturday, Nov. 2, for the Iloko congregations on Hawaii Island.
The program will begin at 9:40 a.m. and conclude at 3:55 p.m. Admission is free, and no collections are ever taken. As Jesus said at Matthew 10 As Jesus said at Matthew 10:8 “You received free, give free. Do not acquire gold or silver or copper for your money belts.”
