A baked goods and craft sale is slated for this weekend at the Immaculate Heart Of Mary Parish hall. Everyone is invited to stop by 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m.-1 p.m. Sunday.

A variety of cookies and other goodies will be available, including peanut butter, ranger, almond, snickerdoodle and chocolate chip cookies, as well as sweet potato and taro chips. There will also be a number of individual craft vendors, plants and other items of interest.

The funds from this event will help send a delegation of young adults and catechists to the Religious Education Congress in Los Angeles in 2015.

More than 15,000 youths have attended the congress’s “youth day” each year, and the congress has more than 200 presenters and 40,000 attendees from all faiths, all ministries and all walks of life, said a parish spokesman.
