Gerald “Jerry” Michael Lange, 81, of Kailua-Kona died Nov. 17 in his home. Born in Chicago, Ill., he was an electronics technician in the U.S. Navy, worked for General Electric and Siemens Electronics, was a U.S. Navy veteran and was a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Yacht Harbor Club and the G.O.P. Friends may call at noon Dec. 14 at the Hawaii Big Game Fishing Club at Honokohau Harbor for a 1 p.m. memorial service. Scattering of ashes to follow. Casual attire. Loose flowers welcome. Survived by wife, Charlene Lange of Kailua-Kona; son, Mark (Janet) Lange of Malibu, Calif.; daughters, Cindy (Mark) Lange Guilfoyle of Palmdale, Calif., Diana Lange of Chatsworth, Calif., Mary Jane Lange of France; stepson, Shanen Tasaka of Tucson, Ariz.; stepdaughter, Arris Ragan of Kailua-Kona; brother, Ray Lange of Bellevue, Wash.; brothers-in-law, Dane (Nancy) Tasaka of Sacramento, Calif., Clyde (Junedale) Tasaka of Waikoloa; sister-in-law, Syvell (Terrence) De Rego of Honokaa; five grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Fumie Fujii, 91, of Honolulu died Nov. 19 at Hospice Hawaii Kailua Home. Born in Hakalau, she worked as a Realtor. Private services held.
