Jeffrey “Jeff” Scott McCash, 62, of Spokane, Wash., and Holualoa died Dec. 3 at home. Born in Spokane, he was a mailer for Spokane Print and Mail and a member of the Kona Coffee Council. William “Bill” Lester Nelson, 68, Honalo died Dec. 2 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Hilo, he was a comptroller at the Kona and Waikoloa Hilton Hotels, a former employee at the Ellison Onizuka Space Center and a U.S. Navy veteran.
