Priscilla “Honey Girl” Leimomi Hocson, 64, of Hilo died Dec. 27 at her home. Born in Hilo, she was a senior nutrition program coordinator for the Hawaii County Department of Parks and Recreation, a newspaper carrier for the Honolulu Star-Advertiser and member of the Waiakea Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Friends may call from 5:30-9 p.m. Monday at Dodo Mortuary chapel in Hilo; memorial service at 6:30 p.m. Friends may again call from 8-10 a.m. Tuesday at the mortuary; Funeral service at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at noon at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No.2. Joe Joseph Frank Lorenzo Jr.’s obituary in the Monday, Jan. 6, edition contained an error. Among his survivors are daughters Petra Ann Laffee of Algrove, Calif., and Denise Simms of Chicago, Ill.
