Margaret “Marian” A. De Luz, 80, of Paauilo died Jan. 6 at her home. Born in Waipunalei, she was a ranch owner for De Luz Ranch and a retired secretary for the Hawaii State Department of Education, a member of Our Lady of Lourdee Catholic Church in Honokaa, a former 4-H livestock leader, a former catechism teacher, and a former secretary for Hawaii Saddle Club.
