The Haili Girls Volleyball Tournament will be held Feb. 17-22 at Hilo Armory, with men’s, women’s, open, novice and juniors divisions.

Also, the 57th annual Haili Tournament will run from March 24-29, and the divisions are: juniors 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18, and men and women B, A, AA and masters.
There will be an entry fee for each tournament as well as concessions at most tournament sites.

Hilo Little League sign-ups ongoing
Hilo Little League is registering players, managers and coaches interested in the junior, senior and big league divisions of baseball for ages 12-18 through March 15.
Players need medical forms and proofs of residency requirements, and manager and coach applications can be obtained by visiting www.hilolittleleague.com or calling 987-8469.
The deadline for managers and coaches is March 5, and late applicants will be placed on a wait list.
Senior softball tourney in Kona
The second annual Mayor’s Cup Senior Softball Tournament will be held Jan. 20-23 at Old Kona Airport Park.
The tournament’s two divisions are 60 years and older, and 70 and up, with teams from Hawaii, Canada and California.

Keaau accepting football applicants
Keaau High is accepting applications for assistant football coaches, and the deadline to apply is today.
Those interested may pick up an application at the main office daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, and must be able to pass a background check with the Department of Education.

Pahoa High school is looking for a boys and girls track and field coach.
