HONOLULU (AP) — A 55-year-old Waipahu man is accused of robbing a bank branch three times.
Edmund Lisowski was charged Wednesday with three counts of robbery and theft. Lisowski is being detained on $35,000 bail.
Authorities said a man walked into a Bank of Hawaii Waipahu branch late Monday morning and passed the teller a demand note. Police said the man ran off after receiving the money.
According to authorities, the man was arrested after an all-points bulletin was issued and he was identified by witnesses.
Lisowski also is accused of robbing the bank in October and November.
