HFS Federal Credit Union is accepting applications for its 2014 Scholarship Program. The credit union will award seven scholarships of $2,500 each to graduating Big Island High School seniors to help them pursue their goals of higher education. Students who meet the following qualifications are encouraged to apply.
— Current HFS Federal Credit Union member in good standing
— Current Big Island high school senior with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
— Will attend an accredited two- or four-year vocational-technical school, college, or university in 2014-2015 full time (12+ credits)
To apply, students may download an application from the credit union’s website at www.hfsfcu.org.
Applications must be post-marked by March 29 to be considered.
