HONOLULU (AP) — The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments in Honolulu this week.
A three-judge panel plans to hear three appeals of decisions by immigration authorities and by the U.S. District Court for Hawaii.
The court is scheduled to hear oral arguments today and Wednesday in downtown Honolulu. Judges will listen to arguments today at the law school of the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
The judges will also meet informally with William S. Richardson School of Law faculty and students.
Justices from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals meet in Honolulu three times a year.
