James “Jim” Grant Kerr, 66, of Kailua-Kona died Monday at Kona Community Hospital. Born in New York City, he was formerly employed with Mahalo Air, Ocean Sports Waikoloa and Jack’s Diving Locker. He had also retired from San Diego Gas &Electric in California. Celebration of life at 4 p.m. Sunday at Hale Halawai. Reception to follow. Casual attire. No flowers. Survived by wife, Janice Kerr of Kailua-Kona; sisters, Marion Kerr of Chula Vista, Calif., Barbara (Kenneth) Crawford of Greenwood, Ind., Evelyn (Donald) Yount of Lancaster, Calif., and Margaret Kerr of Martinez, Calif.; numerous nieces and nephews.
