The Hawaii Electric Light Co. is leaving the lights on at Country Club-Hawaii for now.
A representative for the utility said Friday that the court-appointed receiver for the condominium has been making efforts to pay the outstanding bill of $212,385 and progress has been made.
The building was faced with having the power switched off following an ongoing dispute between the building’s two associations.
HELCO said it will continue to work together with the court-appointed receiver on the issue.
