The Hawaii Learning Resource is now accepting applications for its summer Academic Enrichment Camp, Spy Camp, for students entering grades 2-5 in the 2014-15 school year.
The Hawaii Learning Resource is now accepting applications for its summer Academic Enrichment Camp, Spy Camp, for students entering grades 2-5 in the 2014-15 school year.
The two-week day camps are offered in two sessions. Session 1 is June 9-20 and session 2 is June 23-July 3.
Spy Camp targets diverse learners and focuses on building upon students’ academic and social skills in a fun, hands-on learning environment with an emphasis on observation, focus and listening.
The camp will be hosted at Kanu o ka Aina New Century Public Charter School in Waimea. Camp hours are 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Enrollment is limited to 20 students per session.
Camp tuition is $400 per student for each two-week session and does not include lunch.
Financial assistance is available, based on a sliding scale, with minimum tuition of $200 per session.
