Happy Science Hawaii, an ecumenical Buddhist organization based in Japan and on Oahu, will host a free meditation session and Dharma talk titled “Rebuilding Your Life” from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, in room 301 of the University of Hawaii at Hilo Campus Center.

Happy Science Hawaii, an ecumenical Buddhist organization based in Japan and on Oahu, will host a free meditation session and Dharma talk titled “Rebuilding Your Life” from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, in room 301 of the University of Hawaii at Hilo Campus Center.

“This meditation session is for busy people living in contemporary life,” said spokesman Gabe James. “Learn how to practice the basics of meditation and, through repeated practice, overcome anger, stress, burnout, depression and all the hustle and bustle of daily life.”
