The resources within a community influence the type, shape and style of lei that are produced, which in turn show relevance and perpetuate traditions.

The community is invited to join the students, staff, keiki and alumni for the celebration. Prior to the evening performance, there will be a craft/food fair featuring craft items and food booths from school and community members from 2-6 p.m. at the gymnasium.
