Police have charged a 30-year-old Hilo man for a Febuary home burglary in Hilo.
On Feb. 25, a 27-year-old Hilo man reported that he had video surveillance of the suspect removing tools from his attached carport.
On Wednesday, police arrested Mitchell Kihara. He was charged Thursday with first-degree burglary and third-degree theft.
His bail was set at $5,500.
He remains at the cellblock pending his initial court appearance scheduled for Monday.
