Police have arrested 24-year-old Keahi Calvin Sale, who was the subject of numerous bulletins seeking the public’s help in his capture.
He was nabbed Saturday in South Kohala and charged with violating his parole.
Also found was 27-year-old Chelsea Waltjen, who police said was kidnapped by Sale and held against her will.
