Born in Pagudpud, San Fernando La Union City, Philippines, she was a retired flower cutter in Kuola Farm and a factory worker in Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Corporation in Keaau; She also was a member of Keaau Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
