Imelda Eulalia Afaga Navarro, 49, of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, died April 16 at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Bacarra, Philippines, she was a cashier at Ohana Casual Wear and a member of the Fil-Am Club and Catholic Church. Visitation 5-7 p.m. Friday, May 2 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Honokohau Industrial Park. Wake service at 7 p.m. Visitation again 8-10 a.m. Saturday, May 3. Mass at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kona Memorial Park in Holualoa. Casual attire; flowers welcome. Survived by husband, Felipe Navarro Jr., of Kailua-Kona; daughters, Rose Mhel Afaga and Joanna Camille Afaga of Kailua-Kona; parents, Mariano and Pacita Afaga of Hilo; brothers, Mariano (Joyce) Afaga Jr. and Jesus (Felma) Afaga of Hilo; sisters, Vangieh (Lando) Ramos of Alaska and Ovelia (Arnold) Carnate of the Philippines; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Kevin Kazuo Yoshiyama, 29, of Hilo died April 22 at home. Born in Hilo, he was an assistant program manager for Hui Malama Ola Na Oiwi.
