Police are investigating a non-fatal shooting that occurred Saturday in Puna.
Sgt. Paul Kim at the Hilo receiving desk said the incident occurred in Eden Roc subdivision and the victim is an adult male. He declined to release any other details. According to the incident log, the report came in at 11:07 a.m. and the location was on 6th Road.
The incident is being investigated as an attempted murder.
No arrests had been made by 7 a.m. Sunday.
