Born in Kalihi, Honolulu, Oahu, he was a retired U.S. Army sergeant first class and Vietnam War Veteran, a non-commissioned officer club manager, tugboat clerk for the former C. Brewer &Co., a state adult corrections officer and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Kaumana Ward, Visitation 9-10:30 a.m. Monday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Hilo Stake Center, 1373 Kilauea Ave. Funeral service at 11:00 AM. Burial fo follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
