HouseMart Ace Hardware is taking its “helpful place” motto to heart by supporting the Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children. The neighborhood stores around the state are donating 100 percent of the proceeds from the Children’s Miracle Network Icons campaign to this organization. The two-week drive ended Sunday.
“In addition to being a trusted home maintenance resource for Hawaii, we are committed to offering a more personal kind of helpful inside and outside our store walls,” said Guy Kamitaki, owner of HouseMart Ace Hardware. “The Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children is an organization that is close to our hearts, and we’re so happy that we can do our part in supporting this great cause.”
