Moses “Uncle Moke” Kealoha O Nalani Kuamo’o Moke, 74, of Hilo died June 4 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Keaukaha, he was a retired truck driver for Yamada Transfer, member of ILWU Local No. 142 who held several offices, treasurer for Keaukaha Community Association, president and genealogist for Ohana Ka-Uaua-A-Mahi Ohana O Hawai’i, member of Kuamo‘o Foundation, a member Sacristan and building maintenance chairman for Malia Puka O Kalani Catholic Church, and was involved with numerous other Hawaiian and community organizations. Visitation 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Wake service at 7 p.m. All-night vigil to follow at Malia Puka O Kalani Catholic Church in Keaukaha.
