SimplicityHR by ALTRES recently announced the hiring of Rebecca Morton as a human resources consultant to its office in Kona.
In her new role, Morton will be responsible for growing the business on the Big Island, advising clients in all areas of human resource management, as well as helping them strategically integrate effective HR processes and keeping them in accordance with policy and labor laws.
A licensed realtor since 2001 and a licensed real estate broker since 2003, it was Morton’s deep desire to connect and help Big Island business people that led her to leave her broker position at Windermere/C and H Properties and become a human resources consultant for simplicityHR by ALTRES. A native of California, Morton attended the San Francisco Academy of Ballet and the Lines Institute of Choreography before moving from San Francisco to Kona in 1996 to teach at the West Hawaii Dance Academy.
