Henry “Mugs” “Pops” Grace Sr., 91, of Kealia died Aug. 5 at the Kona Community Hospital. Born in Olelomoana, South Kona, he was a retired heavy equipment operator for the former C. Brewer, cane truck driver for the former Ka‘u Agribusiness, member of Ka‘u Hawaiian Civic Club and avid volleyball and softball player. Visitation 8-10:30 a.m. Saturday at Pukaana Congregational Church in Kealia. Funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Burial at Kalahiki Cemetery in Kealia. Casual attire; flowers welcome. Satoe “Patsy” Higuchi, 94, of Hilo died Aug. 5 at Hospice of Hilo Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Onomea, she was retired from Paramount Grill and Woolworth’s Restaurant and a member of Papaikou Hongwanji Mission and Pomaikai Senior Center. Services held.
