Harry Tomoki Yamasaki, 77, of Pepeekeo died Aug. 18 at Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. Born in Hilo, he was a retired custodian for Kalanianaole Elementary &Intermediate School and formerly worked for Holmes &Narver and also a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Papaikou. Survived by wife, Rosita “Rose” Yamasaki of Pepeekeo; daughters, Michelle (Wesley Isabel) Yamasaki of Pepeekeo and Gail Yamasaki of Washington; son, Clyde Yamasaki of Pepeekeo; sisters, Mutsue Okahara of Hilo, Alice Hayashi of Honolulu and Yoshie (Henry) Aoki of California; brother, Roger (Margaret) Yamasaki of Honolulu; two grandsons; a great-granddaughter; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
