HONOLULU (AP) — The state Medical Examiner’s office released the name of a Kapolei man who died while snorkeling at Ko Olina.
Carl Wolfe, 41, was unconscious at about 12:30 p.m. Sunday when he was pulled from waters off Aliinui Drive.
Three others died in unrelated water accidents during the Labor Day weekend.
Thirty-eight-year-old Dante Biacan on Saturday was pulled from the ocean at Malaekaha State Recreation Area. He was taken to a hospital in critical condition and he died Sunday.
A senior at Moanalua High School, 17-year-old Leighton Mow, died Monday at Kapena Falls. His body was pulled from the falls pond.
Forty-eight-year-old Daniel Mindich, an English teacher at Punahou School, died Monday while participating in the 45th annual Waikiki Roughwater Swim, a 2.4-mile event.
