Robert Edward Rainie, 92, of Keaau died Sept. 28 at home. Born in Fresno, Calif., he worked for Lockheed-Martin and the National Security Agency, was a tae kwon do master, Han Moo Kwan Association board member and U.S. Navy veteran during World War II.
