The missing man was swept off a boat and into Pohoiki Bay on Wednesday morning at approximately 1 a.m.
On Saturday, Rescue Company 2 resumed its search for the man, with a helicopter conducting aerial shoreline searches up to 1 mile off shore from Kalapana to Kapoho Bay.
Scuba dives were conducted in and around Pohoiki Bay, and a rescue boat searched along the coastline up to 1/4 of a mile offshore.
