Go “Back to the Future” for a good cause Thursday in Hilo

If you don’t get a chance to go “back to the future” for a good cause tonight, there will be another opportunity this week.

The 1982 DeLorean built by University of Hawaii at Hilo graduate Oliver Holler and his wife, Terry, will be at the UH-Hilo Plaza, between the UCB and Campus Center, from 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Friday.

People again will have the chance to sit in the car and take photos. The event is free, but all donations go to Team Fox, a branch of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.

Friday’s event is presented by the UH-Hilo Performing Arts Center.
