HONOLULU (AP) — Honolulu police say an Ewa Beach man struck by a car last week died.
The man was struck just before 6 a.m. Wednesday by a car traveling south of Fort Weaver Road near Laulaunui Street.
The female driver also was from Ewa Beach.
The pedestrian was not in a marked crosswalk.
The man was taken to a hospital. His condition deteriorated and he died Saturday.
The man was Oahu’s 51st traffic fatality this year.
