Paul Arthur Ingledew, 88, of Hilo died Oct. 19 at Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. Born in Phoenix, he was a World War II veteran, retired San Diego City Fire Department captain, past president of East Hawaii Kiwanis Club, and a past president of Hawaii Island Board of Realtors.
