The College of Continuing Education and Community Service at the University of Hawaii at Hilo will offer a workshop for participants to explore creative, innovative and classic approaches to portraiture.
The workshop is slated for 5-7 p.m. Nov. 3-19 on Mondays and Wednesdays, at 891 Ululani St., Room 116 in Hilo.
The fee is $95 for six classes.
The workshop will be taught by Britten Traughber and is designed to encourage photographers as they develop their own style, objective and technical approaches to portrait photography. A portfolio project will be created as a final.
A digital SLR is recommended, and access and working knowledge of Photoshop is strongly suggested.
