Hawaii County Civil Defense said the closest surface flows were 4 miles upslope of Apa‘a Street.

Road closures and evacuation advisories remain in effect.

Another community meeting on the lava flow will be held at 6:30 p.m. today at Pahoa High School cafeteria.
