Vendors are invited to participate in a special benefit Ice Cream Jamboree to be staged from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6, for the Keaau Middle and High School Band.

The main event, naturally, will be an all-you-can-eat ice cream buffet for $5, with cold, creamy offerings sponsored by Meadow Gold. It will be presented in the Keaau Middle School Gym, at 16-565 Keaau Pahoa Road, by the Keaau Band Boosters and the Cougar Band Boosters.

In addition, there will be opportunities for crafters and vendors of other things, including rummage-sale items. Cafeteria tables will be available for vendor use at a cost of $30 per booth. No on-site food preparations will be allowed. Vendor applications and fees are due by Monday, Nov. 24. Call Kuulei Arceo, the band director, at 381-9187, or email keaaumiddleschoolband@gmail.com for details.
