Keith Tsutomu Nagamine, 52, of Holualoa died Oct. 21 at his residence. Born in Honolulu, he was a cultivation lab technician for Cyanotech, a member of Mokuaikaua Congregational Church and a volunteer for numerous community service organizations. Paul Tom Rufo, 80, of Waimea died Nov. 13 at his residence. Born in Croton on the Hudson, N.Y., he was a foreign goods importer, a member of St. James Episcopal Church in Waimea, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, a Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines, and teacher at Waimea Elementary and Intermediate Schools. Visitation at 9 a.m. Nov. 29 at St. James Episcopal Church in Waimea; 10 a.m. memorial service.
