The Hawaii Museum of Contemporary Art is hosting the 38th annual Fall Arts Festival until Saturday in downtown Hilo.
This year’s winners are “Grounding Skyward,” designed by local artist Gregory Paul, in first place, followed by works by April Matthews, in second, and Nora Yamanoha, in third place.
