Clifford Noel Kauila Ho, 61, of Captain Cook died Nov. 21 at Hospice of Hilo’s Pohai Malama facility. Born in Honolulu, he was executive director of the Neighborhood Place of Kona, and member of the Statewide Citizens Review Panel for Child Welfare Service and Keoua Honaunau Canoe Club. Visitation 9-10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, at Keoua Honaunau Canoe Club Halau, Honaunau. Celebration of life at 10 a.m. followed by scattering of ashes in the ocean.
