On Aug. 22, a yellow Durostar Generator model DS4000S and Stihl 14-inch chainsaw were taken. The generator belonged to Hawaii County Civil Defense and was on loan during the Hurricane Iselle emergency.
Potential witnesses or anyone with information are asked to call the police nonemergency number at 935-3311 or Officer Daniel Murray at 965-2716. Those who prefer anonymity may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
