The Hawaii Community College Office of Continuing Education and Training is offering a comprehensive project management program from 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. March 23–25.

The Project Management Fundamentals program will provide you with practical techniques to successfully complete projects within time, budget and scope/quality constraints. Learn a step-by-step model to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close a project.

Five process areas will be covered through lecture, discussion and team exercises that will take you through a project’s life cycle. Apply proven project management techniques with in-class projects and an interactive discussion of the nine knowledge areas that support the project management methodology.

Project Management Fundamentals is a great benefit for upper and middle management personnel, project team members and project clients/sponsors/stakeholders. The program is conducted in three modules:

• Introduction and Initiating Projects.

• Planning Projects

• Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing.
