The hikers were rescued from the Olomana Trail on the windward side Saturday morning.

Firefighters received a call for help around 10:15 p.m. They briefly looked for the women, who are in their 30s and 40s. But they had to suspend their search until the morning.
Firefighters found the women at 7:17 a.m. and airlifted them out of the trail.
