The University of Hawaii at Hilo’s College of Continuing Education and Community Service is offering cybersecurity and academic leadership workshops next month in Kona and Hilo.
“Cyber Security Awareness: Protecting Yourself and Your Business from Cyber Crime” is slated for 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. April 23 at UH West Hawaii Building 5, Classroom 5C.
The cybersecurity workshop will be followed by “Leadership for Academics and Professionals” from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. April 24 at the UH-Hilo Campus Center, Room 306.
Both workshops will be presented by Theodore Henderson, an author, social media security professional, leadership coach, career and business counselor, and award-winning speaker.
Each workshop costs $150, and State Employment Training Fund waivers are available.
