Everyone is invited to join Hilo Coast United Church of Christ in the observance of Holy Week and Easter.
Holy Week events are as follows:
• 10 a.m. Sunday: Palm Sunday service.
• 6 p.m. April 3: Good Friday Tenebrae service.
• 2 p.m. April 4: All keiki are invited to decorate Easter eggs to be used in the Easter egg hunt Sunday, April 5.
• 6 a.m. Easter Sunday, April 5: Easter sunrise service at the World Botanical Gardens at Umauma (mile marker 16 on Highway 19). Follow the signs to the parking area; transportation to the service site will be provided.
• 10 a.m. Easter Sunday: Easter service at Hilo Coast UCC. A lunch and an Easter egg hunt will follow.
Hilo Coast UCC is located in Honomu, just off Highway 19 near mile marker 13.
