Island Faith Center invites everyone to join in its Easter Anniversary celebration at 9:30 a.m. Sunday in the Papaaloa Gym (makai at the 24-mile marker on the Hamakua Coast).
Pastor Mary Jo Stevenson Fullen will share a message titled “Jesus, the Jewish Messiah.” The celebration will include special music, slide show, welcome gifts and refreshments for all.
Seven years ago — on Easter Sunday — Island Faith Center launched with its first Sunday service.
The church is a plant from New Hope Christian Fellowship, Hilo, and is part of the Foursquare Denomination.
