Allan Louis Ness, 70, of Waikoloa died March 24, at his residence. Born in Minnesota, he retired as an FBI agent. Memorial services to be Saturday at Waikoloa Community Church. Henry “Hank” Manuel Peralto, 82, of Pahoa died March 19 at home. Born in Wainaku, he was a retired heavy equipment operator with the State Of Hawaii Highways Division. He also was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church, a veteran of the U.S. Army, retired from the National Guard, and was a member of American Legion Post 3.
