Michael Fromme was last seen in Waimea on Tuesday, and may be on Oahu.
He’s described as 6 feet tall, 210 pounds with blue eyes, brown-and-gray hair and a mustache and goatee. He usually wears glasses.
He has a condition that requires medication.
