A special meeting of the University of Hawaii Board of Regents is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Sunday at the University of Hawaii at Hilo Performing Arts Center.
The purpose is to hear public comment on the management of Mauna Kea and the Mauna Kea Science Reserve.
Written testimony will be accepted up to 24 hours in advance of the meeting time at bor@hawaii.edu.
