Hilo’s Dysen Park and Lacey Uchida finished second in their age groups Sunday at a Hawaii State Junior Golf Association tournament on Oahu.

Park finished at 1-under 143 in boys 7-10 over two rounds at Mililani Golf Club, while Uchida was 9-over in girls 11-12,

Aikane Tennis meets Tuesday

Aikane Tennis will hold play from 7-10 p.m. Tuesday at Edith Kanaka’ole Multipurpose Stadium. Members are $2, non-members $5.

Golf tournament

The Nobu Yamauchi Memorial Golf Tournament will be held on June 11, Kamehameha Day, the Hilo Municipal Golf Course, with a 7 a.m. shotgun start.

The entry fee is $125 and covers green fee, cart, par-3 closest-to-the pin, team prizes and lunch at Kim’s at the Hilo Muni.

Funds raised will be used for the Nobu Yamauchi RBI travel teams, RBI youth league teams, and partial scholarship for RBI players who will be attending college.

One will go to a male, and the other to a female.

Hole-in-one

Tristan Katz aced the 150-yard No. 5 hole April 15 using a 7-iron at Hilo Naniloa Golf Course.

Legin Moreno witnessed the hole-in-one.
